The easiest way to do that is too add 30 seconds (except on Church of Azatoth, its 35 seconds I beleive) to the clock when you pick it up or when somoene else picks it up and thats when it will spawn again. Than also time and remember when the heavy and mega armor will go up. Also learn where the heavy armor and mega health is so you can have the health advantage while also denying the enemy of the same advantage. Than learn where all the weapons are so you can be prepared for any ecounter. That will make you fast enough to control the map. There are a few devs that roam this reddit.
